Tell it what JVal is doing and it will tell you what to do about it, in plain steps and without jargon. It knows the whole manual, it is available at any hour, and it is free on every plan — including the free one, and including a subscription that has lapsed.
Your question, and any screenshot you attach, are sent securely to answer it and are not kept. They are never used to train anything. A screenshot of JVal will usually have a client's details on it, so Assist is instructed never to repeat those back — and nothing else in JVal leaves your computer. Assist does not have access to your account, your valuations or your payments; anything of that sort goes to Simon. If you press Send to Simon under any answer, your name, your email address and the conversation are sent to him so that he can write back, and he keeps that email in order to answer you.
